It was a multidisciplinary meeting of specialists related to the non-surgical therapeutic approach to joint injuries, mainly cartilage problems.

Dr Alberto González Peña, specialist in Rehabilitation and Physical Medicine of the AMS Exercise Medical Center, gave an excellent lecture on the latest advances in joint therapies with Hyaluronic Acid.

Among the most avant-garde novelties, Dr. González Peña highlights the so-called Hybrid Hyaluronic Acids, where hyaluronic acids of different molecular weights and even sodium chondroitin have been combined. These new formulations mean an improvement in the clinical results of osteoarthritis treatments".
